A (slightly) rainy day at on form

27th June 2014

This is an album of our first rainy day. We have fewer visitors, but they are very happy ones. Stone sculpture looks particularly sumptuous in the rain.

Francesca Shakespeare’s painting workshop has been taking place in the Cloisters and Ballroom instead of outside in the garden, and look what they have produced: a wonderful gallery on the windowsill.

Over at the Potting Shed, the Moroccan tent, the library and the Potting Shed itself all provide good shelter, and in the bookshop, Caroline is busy selling our books on art, gardening and philosophy. It’s all part of the on form experience. And now the sun’s coming out.
