A joy from start to finish

I just want to say that this summer's exhibition was quite the most wonderful sculpture show I've ever been to. A joy from start to finish:  The Potting Shed cafe, its heavenly loo, the gardens, the sculptures themselves, each one so carefully chosen, gleaming in the sun, and so well displayed, the lake, the bookshop, the gypsy caravan, the wild meadows beyond.  Our first visit to this show, it will be an absolute first in our diary every two years. And to the talks, too. The whole day was nothing but the v. greatest joy.  Thank you so much. Frederica Freer

All my life I have been shouted at by museum guards for getting too close and now I discover that if you can't touch a piece of sculpture you are missing a whole world of experience. - Carys Davies

Inspirational and thought-provoking sculptures, exceptional catalogue, divine gardens, wonderful café serving delicious food – a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon well-spent.

A sublime experience all round

Being given permission to touch, inhabit and play with these beautiful objects was a pure revelation. I did indeed feel better connected to myself and a more wholesome human being as a result. - Tanya

I wonder if you have any idea of the JOY and HAPPINESS that today brought to us all, in gentle life-affirming ways….I credit the sheer beauty and craftsmanship and summer exquisiteness of on form – a life-saving day out.

We are already looking forward to returning in two years’ time!

After walking through the main gateway, suddenly the most amazing vista unfolded and we knew that we were in a special place.

Just magical! and to be able to touch and explore some of the sculptures shapes and texture brought other dimensions to the whole experience!

Truly a day that will live long in the memory.

Everyone should visit this inspiring exhibition if at all possible! The gardens are a perfect delight. The wildflower meadows are worth a visit on their own.

The most beautiful exhibition this summer

So many smiling people!

When it is this beautiful, no words are needed!
